We highly recommend contacting USPS directly and providing your tracking number, ask to speak to someone about a lost package. Sometimes, the mail carrier takes the item back to the local depot to hold for customer pickup. We also suggest speaking to any friends, family members, or neighbors who may have access to your mailbox, or who have mail delivered to the same area in the event the package was picked up by mistake. If you suspect your package was stolen from your mailbox, we recommend contacting USPS as well as your local police. CAVIO is unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that show delivered by USPS. All custom-made items are shipped to the address entered at the time of the order only. CAVIO is not responsible for packages delivered due to an incorrect address entry.
