This can be a frustrating circumstance. We highly recommend contacting USPS directly and providing your tracking number, ask to speak to someone about a lost package. Sometimes, the mail carrier takes the item back to the local depot to hold for customer pickup.
We also suggest speaking to any friends, family members, or neighbors who may have access to your mailbox, or who have mail delivered to the same area in the event the package was picked up by mistake.
If you suspect your package was stolen from your mailbox, we recommend contacting USPS as well as your local police.

Vraiment un super produit ! Super effet et économie d’eau ! J’espère qu’il va tenir dans le temps car c’est du simple plastique, on verra bien. Par contre, les trous sont vraiment très très fin donc je pense que dans les régions où l’eau est très calcaire, ils doivent se boucher vite. Envoi et livraison rapide. Parfait !

Comique douchette avec son hélice qui tourne l’orque l’eau passe. Je mets 5 étoiles mais si vous avez des fuites, je vous invite à la démonter et à limer légèrement les picots restant à la confection (voir photos). On apprécie que l’on peut stopper l’eau, que l’on peut aussi limiter la puissance, l’eau passe dans le filtre qui rends la peau douce. On apprécie la tête de la douchette qui peut être orientée facilement. Un bon produit. Merci au vendeur
